REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT
Sign up with the
Phone # and Email Address on file
with your Phoenix Capital Group account.
INVITE TEAM MEMBERS
1. Tap your profile icon in the upper right corner of the homepage.
2. Tap “Team” from the menu.
3. Invite team members by email or phone number.
Owner - Full access.
Backoffice - Cannot manage team members or reports.
Driver - Can only view documents they scan and upload, fuel map, and their own fuel card transactions.
4. Select their role to control their level of access.
5.Tap Invite.
MANAGE YOUR TEAM
1. Tap the team member you want to edit or remove.
2. Edit Name, Email, Phone Number and/or Role as needed.
3. Save Changes or Remove User.
RUN CREDIT CHECKS
1. Tap Credit Checks from the menu bar.
2. Enter the dollar amount for the load.
3. Search for the Broker/Shipper by Name or MC#. For best results search by MC#.
4. Tap the Broker/Shipper results you want to use.
5. Tap Perform Credit Check.
6. Find out instantly if they are approved or denied for funding.
REQUEST FUNDING
1. Tap Submit Invoices button on the homescreen.
2. Search for the Broker/Shipper by Name or MC#. For best results search by MC#.
3. Enter the Load Number from your Rate Sheet.
4. Tap Continue.
5. Tap continue.
6. Enter Load Rate and continue.
7. Tap Rate Sheet to add document.
8. Choose to use the the in-app scanner, add image from photo library, or upload a file to add your document.
9. Repeat steps 7 through 8 for each additional document.
10. Tap Continue.
11.Tap Funding Type.
12. Select your preferred funding type.
13. Tap Continue.
14. Add additional information or notes.
15. Tap Continue.
16. Select "yes" if you are making more than one request or select "no" if you're submitting just one request.
17. Tap Continue.
18. Review the Summary and Documents for accuracy.
19. Tap Send to Phoenix Capital Group to submit your request..
